Serenity Wellness Retreat 
I am looking for a week long health wellness retreat with moderate fitness for my daugther and i in early 2018. Do I book on airbnb and then decide our programs when we get there? Not sure how this works. Thank you.

Yes exactly, book your dates with Airbnb then we decided what you want added on such as more yoga, oil massage and meals. Breakfast is included.
